Every morning at BIVY, we start the day with fresh baking….croissants, muffins and cookies. What a heavenly aroma fills the air when the goods are in the oven!
You’ve got to get to BIVY first thing in the morning if you want to grab a croissant or muffin. We bake them in small batches so they go fast! But fortunately, we bake lots of cookies. All kinds and they’re all based on grandma’s recipe. So far, it seems the Chocolate Chip cookie is the favourite – thanks to everyone for showing it so much love! But we think you’re also going to love the new cookie we’ve added to the line-up….Ginger-Molasses. It’s got that earthy, sweetness of molasses and the tangy zest of ginger — the perfect combination. And, like all our cookies, they’re big – kinda like a meal in a cookie.
